Where we ship

Kanaklyx ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Shipping charge

UPS Ground shipping is $25 per order. Shipping is free when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is $200 or more after discounts and before tax. The amount shown at checkout controls.

Handling time

Orders require 2 business days for processing and handling before carrier pickup. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

UPS Ground delivery estimate

UPS Ground transit is estimated at 2 business days after carrier acceptance. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, weather, address problems, service disruptions, and other carrier delays may affect transit.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address supplied with the order after the carrier record is created. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan.

Address accuracy and undeliverable packages

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.

Damage, loss, or incorrect fulfillment

For a damaged package, incorrect item, or missing item, email support@kanaklyx.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the external packaging and received contents, and any carrier notice. Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
